Title: Graphic Designer (Full-Time, Onsite in Mobile, AL)

Salary Range: $50,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)

Location: Mobile, Alabama (onsite only, no remote positions available, you must be willing to relocate)

From sermon series graphics to wall wraps, banners, and branding, we partner with ministries and schools to communicate clearly, beautifully, and with purpose.

The Role

We are looking for a full-time, onsite Graphic Designer who is inspired by the opportunity to serve churches, schools, and ministries through design. This is a unique role for someone who thrives in a mission-minded environment, understands church culture, and enjoys collaborating with pastors and ministry leaders to create meaningful, impactful visuals.

• Design artwork for sermon series, events, and campaigns

• Create large-format graphics (banners, wall wraps, murals, signage, etc.)

• Develop branding, logos, and visual systems for churches and schools

• Prepare files for print and large-format production

• Assist with digital designs (social media, presentations, etc.)

• Work directly with church and school leaders to bring their vision to life

• Mission fit: Excited to work in a faith-based environment and create designs for churches and schools

• Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (church/ministry or nonprofit projects a strong plus)

• Skills: Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Motion graphics and video are a bonus.

• Portfolio: Strong portfolio — especially with examples of church, ministry, or nonprofit projects

• Mindset: Able to balance creative excellence with the fast pace and flexibility ministry projects require

• Work Style: Onsite, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
